In-field Rapid Metallographic Inspection for P91 Steel
摘 要
介绍了一种对P91钢进行现场快速金相检验的方法。通过改进的化学磨光抛光试剂直接进行腐蚀磨抛光的方法,大大简化了传统金相制样中机械研磨及机械抛光的步骤,极大地缩短了现场金相制样时间,并可获得良好的金相制样效果。实践证明: 该现场快速金相检验方法,具有操作简便、制样速度快等特点,极大地提高了P91钢现场金相检验的效率。
Abstract
An in-field rapid metallographic inspection method for P91 steel was introduced. With the modified chemical reagent, the process of grinding and polishing could be simplified and the metallographic specimen preparation time would be greatly shortened compared to the traditional metallographic specimen preparation method. At the same time, the metallographic specimen preparation effect of the improved method is rather good. The application practice shows that this method has the characteristics of easy handling and fast specimen preparation rate, and it can increase greatly the efficiency of in-field metallographic inspection for P91 steel.
