In-service Monitoring for Hydrogen Induced Injury in Pressure Vessel Based on Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Technology
摘 要
针对湿硫化氢环境中压力容器氢致损伤的在役监测难点,采用电磁超声波技术对其进行在役监测。对一台使用评价后允许继续服役的氢致损伤压力容器进行固定区域壁厚的电磁超声在役监测,两次监测结果表明:采用电磁超声技术能够满足含氢致损伤压力容器的在役监测要求,可有效监测氢致损伤的扩展情况,为缺陷诊断和使用评价后继续服役的压力容器的安全性评估提供依据。
Abstract
Due to the difficulties faced by in-service monitoring of the hydrogen induced injury for pressure vessel in the wet hydrogen sulfide environment, the electromagnetic ultrasonic technology was used to study. Electromagnetic ultrasonic technology was used to monitor the fixed area wall thickness of one hydrogen induced injury pressure vessel, which was allowed to continue service by safety evaluation. Two monitoring results showed that the electromagnetic ultrasonic technology could meet the requirement of in-service monitoring for hydrogen induced injury pressure vessel, and it could effectively monitor the hydrogen induced expansion of damage and provide the basis for defect diagnosis and service safety evaluation.
