Determination of Small Particles Content in Flue Gas Desulfurization Absorption Liquids by Laser Particle Size Analyzer
摘 要
基于可再生湿法烟气脱硫吸收液经过沉降过滤后其中的催化剂细粉含量无法用传统方法准确测定的现状, 尝试使用激光粒度分析仪进行测定,对样品加入量、内标用量、内标的粒度分布等条件进行了研究。结果表明:合适的试验条件为加入样品使激光粒度仪的偏振光检测器的读数达到35, 然后加入内标0.1 g左右,内标的粒度分布范围应大于100 μm。该方法简便、快速,且重复性好,准确度高。
Abstract
Based on the current situation of catalyst small particle content in renewable wet flue gas desulfurization absorption liquids after settling and filtering could not be determined accurately by traditional methods, laser particle size analyzer was tried to measure the small particle content in liquid, and the test conditions such as the amount of sample, the amount of internal standard and the range of the particle size distribution of the internal standard, were studied. The results show that the suitable conditions of test were as follow: sample was added to make the indication of PIDS detector reach 35, then 0.1 g internal standard was added, and the range of the particle size distribution of internal standard should be more than 100 μm. The method is easy and simple with good repeatability and high accuracy.
