Failure Analysis on Perforation Leakage of 20G Seamless Steel Tube
摘 要
基于腐蚀环境和基材相互作用机理,结合管材、腐蚀产物、水质等因素,分析了某20G无缝钢管穿孔泄漏失效原因。结果表明:钢管穿孔泄漏主要是由于管内介质环境引起20G无缝钢管发生局部腐蚀,水质较差偏硬, Cl-和F-等腐蚀性离子的存在促进了点蚀环境的形成,导致无缝钢管穿孔泄漏。建议改善水质处理及监测,并采用耐点蚀的Cr-Mo低合金钢管替代现有20G钢管。
Abstract
Based on interaction mechanism of the corrosion environment and the material itself and combined factors such as material, corrosion products, water quality and so on, the perforation leakage reasons of 20G seamless steel tube were analyzed. The results show that the perforation leakage of the 20G seamless steel tube was the result of local corrosion caused by the tube inner medium environment. The poor and hard water quality and existence of corrosive ions Cl- and F- promoted the formation of pitting environment and resulted in the perforation leakage. It was proposed to improve water quality treatment and monitoring and use of pitting corrosion resistance of Cr-Mo low alloy steel instead of the existing material.
