Causes Analysis on Corrosion of a Reflux Pump Impeller on the Top of Atmospheric-vacuum Tower
摘 要
某炼油厂常减压塔C-102顶部回流管线上的回流泵出现异常,经拆卸检查,发现该泵叶轮已发生腐蚀损坏。为了明确该叶轮的失效原因,对其进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、微观检验、腐蚀产物分析及腐蚀介质的影响分析。结果表明:叶轮失效的根本原因是电化学腐蚀和湿硫化氢应力腐蚀,并根据原因提出了相应的建议和措施。
Abstract
The reflux pump in the reflux pipeline on the top of an atmospheric-vacuum tower C-102 was found abnormal. It was found that the pump impeller had been corroded and damaged after the disassembly inspection. To find out the failure causes of the impeller, the impeller was analyzed by macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallography inspection, microscopic inspection, corrosion product analysis and the corrosive medium influence analysis. The results show that the root causes of the impeller failure were electrochemical corrosion and wet hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion. The corresponding suggestions and the countermeasures were put forward according to the reasons.
