Application of Domestic Corrosion Monitoring System Based on FSM
摘 要
为了完善元坝气田集输系统防腐蚀监测手段,在现场使用了两套国产场指纹监测系统(iEMMCA-1),两套系统均和进口系统相邻且安装在具有环向焊缝的管道上。对两套国产场指纹系统的监测数据进行分析,并与相邻的超声波探针测得的均匀腐蚀速率进行对比。近8个月的监测结果表明: 国产场指纹腐蚀监测系统具有良好的精度和可靠性。
Abstract
In order to improve the corrosion monitoring means of gas gathering and transportation system in Yuanba gas field, two sets of domestic corrosion monitoring systems (iEMMCA-1) based on filed signature method (FSM) were installed on 2 pipes with circumferential weld near the import system. The monitoring results of the FSW were analyzed, and compared with corrosion ratersults dectected by the system of ultrasonic probe. The results based on nearly 8 months application show that the domestic monitoring system has good accuracy and reliability.
