The Discussion About the Feasibility of Using FRP as the Oil and Gas Long-Destance Transmission Pipe Material in the Area Laid Along the High Voltage Electric-Power Line
摘 要
随着中国经济的发展, 油气埋地长输管道和高压输电线路由于地方规划的要求经常需要在狭窄廊带并行敷设。高压输电线电塔的接地极放电将对埋地管道的阴保系统产生强烈影响, 甚至导致阴保系统失效, 进而引发和加剧管道腐蚀。因此, 具有良好抗腐蚀性能的玻璃钢材料就成为在这种地区替代钢制管材的可选材料。分析对比了玻璃钢材料与传统碳素钢材料的各项性能指标, 指出了玻璃钢管道运用于油气长输管道行业的优势与劣势, 给出了其可运用的范围。
Abstract
As the economy of China is developing, oil and gas long-destance transmission pipeline which is buried under ground often have to be constructed in a nerrow area with the high voltage electric-power line according to the planning bureau. The earth electrode of the electric tower will seriously impact the cathodic protection system of the under-ground pipe when it discharge electricity into the earth, sometimes the cathodic protection system may even lose its efficacy and the pipe began to be corroded. Considering this condition, it is possible that FRP is choosen to replace the steel as the pipe material because it has outstanding cathodic-resisting property. In this article, we analyse the property of FRP compared with the steel, show both of the good and bad aspect of FRP compared with the steel, point out the condition that FRP can be used.
