Uncertainty Evaluation of Measurement Results of the Coating Thickness Measurement Instruments
摘 要
通过对金属材料表面涂镀层厚度测量结果的误差分析,确定了涂镀层厚度测量时影响不确定度的各种因素,并借助于FMP40型涂镀层磁性测厚仪,对涂镀层厚度测量结果的不确定度进行详细的评定。结果表明:被测漆膜金属试样的涂层厚度测量结果为:X=(137.49±2.94) μm,包含因子k=2。仪器测量示值误差和仪器校准箔校准引入的不确定度对测量结果影响较大,该评定结果可为提高检测结果的准确性提供理论参考。
Abstract
Through the error analysis of coating thickness measurement result of metallic materials, the factors influencing the uncertainty of coating thickness measurement were identified. The measurement result uncertainty of the coating thickness was detailedly evaluated by means of FMP40 coating thickness instrument. The results show that the measurement result of coating thickness X of the metallic specimen with film was (137.49±2.94) μm,and the coverage factor k was 2. The uncertainties which came from measurement indication error and calibration of instrument calibration foil had an important impact on the measurement. The evaluation results could provide a theoretical reference for improving the accuracy of the test results.
