Comparison and Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Phased Array Ultrasonic Standards
摘 要
由于相控阵超声检测技术的缺陷显示形象直观且检测精度较高,近年来被广泛应用于工业领域。为了适应相控阵超声检测工业应用的发展需求,国内外相关机构相继开展了相关标准的制定工作,并发布了部分标准。主要对国内外相控阵超声标准的体系及主要标准的内容进行了归纳、比较与分析,为我国相控阵超声检测标准的制定提供参考。
Abstract
Due to the advantages of intuitive defects image, high reliability for flaw identification and inspection precision for defect size, phased array ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology has been widely applied in industry in recent years. To meet the increasing requirements of industry application, related agencies have worked on the standard development. And some of standards have been implemented. This paper mainly compared the standard system and contents of main international standards. It can provide references for the standard development of our country.
