Martensite Transformation Characteristics of Metal Material Based on Acoustic Emission
摘 要
利用声发射技术对45钢、GCr15钢和T12钢三种材料进行连续冷却条件下马氏体相变监测试验, 并以相变声发射参量分布及波形特性为基础, 分析了马氏体相变声发射信号的时频特性。结果表明, GCr15钢具有明显的等温马氏体相变特征, 45钢、T12钢为变温马氏体特征, 且片状马氏体声发射信号幅值与能量高于板条状马氏体, 具有较宽的频率范围。
Abstract
In this paper, the acoustic emission technology is used to perform the martensite phase change monitoring experiment under continuous cooling conditions for three kinds of materials, 45 steel, GCr15 steel and T12 steel, and to implement the time-frequency characteristic research based on acoustic emission parameter distribution and the waveform feature of the phase change. The results show that GCr15 steel has obvious phase transformation characteristics of isothermal martensite, 45 steel and T12 steel have the characteristics of variable temperature martensite, and the acoustic emission signal amplitude and energy in lamellar martensite are higher than those in plate strip martensite, and the signal in lamellar martensite has a wide range of frequencies.
