Microstructure Displaying Methods of NC30Fe Alloy Heat-exchanging Tubes
摘 要
运用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了补充热处理状态下NC30Fe(Inconel 690)合金采用不同侵蚀方法显示的晶粒形貌以及晶界碳化物析出情况。结果表明: 采用新型侵蚀剂盐酸与乙醇体积比1∶1再加少量双氧水的混合溶液能够清晰显示该合金的晶粒形貌和晶界碳化物析出情况, 且与传统侵蚀剂相比, 具有操作简单方便、安全可靠、侵蚀时间短、效率高、成功率高等特点。
Abstract
The grain size morphology and grain boundary carbide precipitation of NC30Fe (Inconel 690) alloy after thermal treatment under different erosion conditions were studied by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that with the new erosion agent-mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and ethanol (volume ratio of 1∶1) with a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, the grain size morphology and grain boundary carbide precipitation of the alloy could be clearly displayed, and compared with the traditional erosion agents, the new one has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, safety, reliability, short erosion time, high efficiency and high success rate.
