Application of Biphenyl-Molecularly Imprinted Polymers in GC Determination of Biphenyl and 3,3-Dichlorobiphenyl
摘 要
以自制的联苯类分子印迹聚合物处理废水样品,采用气相色谱法测定其中联苯及3,3-二氯联苯的含量。用ZB-624毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。联苯和3,3-二氯联苯的质量浓度均在0.20~20 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)依次为20.0,35.0 μg·L-1。方法的加标回收率在91.2%~98.5%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在4.7%~5.9%之间。
Abstract
Waste water sample was treated by self-made biphenyl-molecularly imprinted polymers, and GC was applied to the determination of biphenyl and 3,3-dichlorobiphenyl in the sample solution. The analytes were separated on ZB-624 capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of biphenyl and 3,3-dichlorobiphenyl were kept in the same range of 0.20-20 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) of 20.0, 35.0 μg·L-1 respectively. Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method, and values of recovery and RSD′s (n=5) found were in the ranges of 91.2%-98.5% and 4.7%-5.9% respectively.
