lnhibition Performance of Histidine Derivatives Self-assembled Films
摘 要
采用电化学方法研究了组氨酸和乙酰组氨酸、苄氧羰基组氨酸两种组氨酸衍生物自组装膜对304不锈钢在0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀性能。使用接触角测试、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术对304不锈钢表面的自组装膜进行了表征。电化学测试结果表明:组氨酸、苄氧羰基组氨酸和乙酰组氨酸三种缓蚀剂分子的自组装膜对304不锈钢均有一定的缓蚀作用。XPS测试结果表明:组氨酸衍生物与304不锈钢表面发生了化学吸附,形成了自组装膜,起到了缓蚀效果。
Abstract
Three histidine derivatives self-assembled (SA) films were prepared on 304 stainless steel (SS) surface. The inhibition performance of the films in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution was investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), polarization curve, interface contact angle map and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) technique. The electrochemical test results showed that films of three amino acids derivatives were able to protect 304 SS from corrosion effectively. The results of XPS indicated that the corrosion inhibition was due to the fact that histidine derivatives formed a chemisorbed film on the surface of 304SS.
