Inspection and Ageing Evaluation of Refueling Water Storage Tank Bottom in a Nuclear Power Plant
摘 要
核电厂换料水箱用于存储放射性硼酸水溶液,并可用于事故工况下安全壳冷却。经长期运行,其底板可能发生腐蚀,甚至泄漏,影响核电安全运行。参考设计规范、失效机理分析和经验反馈对换料水箱底板进行了检测和评估,以确保其结构完整性,保证核电厂安全运行。
Abstract
Refueling water storage tank is used to hold radioactive boric acid and could be used for containment cooling under accident condition as well. After long term using, the bottom of refueling water storage tank might be corroded and even leak, which will affect nuclear safety. According to design specification, failure mechanism analysis and failure feedback, inspection and evaluation of the tank bottom in a nuclear power plant were carried out, so that the integrity was ensured and the nuclear safety was obtained.
