Evaluation and Improvement Strategy for Impressed Current Cathodic Protection of Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) Raw Service Water (RSW) Suction Pipeline
摘 要
秦山第三核电站重要厂用水RSW系统吸水管采用防腐蚀层与外加电流阴极保护系统双重保护,在实际运行中发现管道外表面防腐蚀层存在大量鼓泡、基体发生腐蚀。分析了阴极保护系统的设计和运行状态,发现吸水管通电电位严重偏离设计值、保护回路电流受多重因素影响明显、辅助阳极电缆长期断裂等问题,针对上述问题提出了相应的解决方案。
Abstract
The raw service water (RSW) suction pipe of TQNPP was protected by both coating and impressed current cathodic protection system. Lots of bubbling were found on the outside coating, and metal base of pipe corroded in the actual operation. Design and operation of the cathodic protection system were analyzed, it was found that the energizing potential of the pipe deviated from the design value seriously, the protection circuit current was affected significantly by multiple factors, the anode cable was broken for long-term etc. Some corresponding solutions were put forward.
