The Feasibility of TOFD Detection in Nuclear Power Conventional Island Pipeline Weld
摘 要
根据核电站常规岛管道焊缝施工特点, 设计制作了带有人工缺陷的试块, 对试块进行了超声衍射时差法(TOFD)、射线及超声检测, 并对检测结果从检出率、缺陷定位、缺陷定量及缺陷评级等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明, TOFD方法在管道检测方面具有较高的可靠性。通过在工程现场进行TOFD和射线检测试验, 表明TOFD方法在核电站常规岛中的应用是可行的。
Abstract
According to the construction features of conventional island of nuclear power plant, test blocks with artificial defects were designed and manufactured. The TOFD, X-ray and conventional ultrasonic detection on the test block were performed. The detection results from the detection rate, defect location and quantification of defects and defect rating were compared and analyzed. Results show that the TOFD technique in pipeline detection is of high detection reliability. By means of TOFD and radiographic testing in engineering, the application of TOFD technology in conventional island of nuclear power plant is feasible.
