Magnetic Particle Inspection Technology for Servo-Control Rod of A320 Airplane Elevator
摘 要
结合实际工作经验, 详细论述了空客A320飞机升降舵伺服杆磁粉检测的重点、检测工艺的制定、灵敏度验证的过程以及结果评判中的注意事项。通过分析发现, 某个伺服杆产生裂纹位置与紧固螺母安装位置重合, 为后续的定期维护检查提供了参考。
Abstract
Based on practical experience, a detailed description was made on the key element of magnetic particle testing for servo-control rod of airbus A320 elevator, on the developed inspection technology and on the sensitivity verification and analysis of the evaluation results. It was found that the cracks and nut installation was overlapped, which might provide reference for following up routine maintenance inspection.
