Comparison Analysis on New and Old National Standards of Breaking Force Test for Entire Steel Wire Ropes
摘 要
从术语和定义、试样、试验速率、试验结果判定方面, 分析了钢丝绳整绳破断拉力试验新旧国家标准中主要的技术性变更。与旧版标准相比, 新版标准增加和删除了部分术语和定义; 对常用的试样制备方法进行了细化; 变更了试验力超过最小破断拉力80%之后的试验速率; 调整了判断试验结果是否有效的判定规则。新旧标准的对比分析可以帮助质检部门、相关企业对新标准更好地理解和应用, 提高检测结果的有效性。
Abstract
From the aspects of term and definition, sample, testing rate, testing result determination, the main technical modification in new and old national standards of breaking force test for entire steel wire ropes was analyzed. Compared with the old standard, some terms and definitions were added and removed in the new standard; the preparation methods of common samples had been specified; the testing rate after the force was more than 80% of the minimum breaking force was changed; the determination rules to judge whether the test results were effective were adjusted. With the help of the comparative analysis on new and old standards, quality inspection departments and related departments could understand and apply the new standard better, and the validity of testing results could be enhanced.
