Finite Element Simulation on Micro Shear Punch Test Influence Factors of High Strengthen Steel
摘 要
首先使用自制微冲剪试验设备, 对Q460高强钢不同厚度试样进行微冲剪试验, 验证了该设备的可靠性; 然后建立了Q460高强钢微冲剪试验的有限元模型,并验证了该模型的可靠性; 最后采用建立的有限元模型研究了不同影响因素对微冲剪试验结果的影响。结果表明: 加载速率对微冲剪试验结果的影响基本可以忽略;冲头和试样之间的摩擦因数对试验结果有轻微的影响;而冲头形状对试验结果的影响较为明显。
Abstract
First, with the self-made micro shear punch test equipment, micro shear punch tests on Q460 high strength steel specimens with different thicknesses were conducted to validate the reliability of the equipment. Then the finite element model (FEM) of the micro shear punch test of Q460 high strength steel was established, and the reliability of the model was also verified. Finally, the effects of different factors on the micro shear punch test results were investigated by using the established FEM. The results show that the effects of load velocity and friction coefficient on the test results were not obvious, while the effect of pin shape was notable.
