Simulation for Nuclear Power Plant Heat Exchange Tube Eddy Current Array Inspection
摘 要
分析了涡流阵列检测技术的基本原理, 建立了以收发式线圈为基础的蒸发器传热管的缺陷检测模型。针对平底孔和人工槽缺陷, 采用解析法和体积分方法进行仿真分析, 在此基础上, 比对其与ANSOFT软件仿真的结果。研究表明: 基于解析和数值组合方法的仿真结果与商用软件的仿真结果具有较高的吻合度。
Abstract
The basic principle of eddy current array detection technology was analyzed and the heat transfer tube defect detection model was set up based on transit-receive coils in this paper. Flat bottom holes and artificial grooves as research objects were simulated by analytical method and volume integral method on the former model and were in comparison with ANSOFT by simulated results. The research shows that simulation results by analytical and numerical combined method and by commercial software are in good agreement, but the former one is of better time efficiency.
