The Ultrasonic Testing Typical Case of Nickel-Based Alloy Bolt
摘 要
介绍了四种常见的镍基合金螺栓超声波检测的现场案例, 根据螺栓的几何尺寸、晶粒度大小、声速变化等具体情况, 总结出选用具体超声检测工艺方法的依据, 以确保有效检出螺栓不同部位的裂纹缺陷, 对镍基合金螺栓超声波检测具有借鉴意义。
Abstract
Four kinds of common nickel-based alloy ultrasonic testing case was introduced. According to the geometric size of bolt, the grain size, velocity of sound change etc, it was concluded that the method of ultrasonic testing can be used to detect the crack defects in different parts of the bolt, and it could guide the ultrasonic testing of nickel-based alloy bolt.
