Progress of Methods on the Study of Interactions Between Small-Molecules and Human Serum Albumin
摘 要
对1958年至2015年期间应用光谱法、亲和色谱法、毛细管电泳法、等温滴定量热法、分子对接和动力学模拟法等方法研究小分子与人血清白蛋白相互作用的进展作了评述,并对其发展方向作了展望(引用文献75篇)。
Abstract
Application of various methods, including spectroscopy, affinity chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, isothermal titration-calorimetry, molecular docking and dynamic simulation etc., to the study of interaction between small molecules and human serum albumin, covering the years from 1958 to 2015, was reviewed, and prospects on the development trend in this field were also given (75 ref. cited).
