ICP-MS Determination of Lead Isotope Ratio in Animal Tissues
摘 要
动物组织样品1.000 0 g用高氯酸1 mL和硝酸10 mL经加热消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品溶液中的铅同位素比值。连续6次测定一个动物组织样品,204Pb/206Pb、207Pb/206Pb和208Pb/206Pb比值的相对标准偏差分别为0.23%,0.090%,0.14%。测定了20个鸡样品和20个猪样品,结果表明:鸡样品的上述3个比值依次在0.052 1~0.060 2,0.829 4~0.920 4,1.990 3~2.203 7之间;猪样品的上述3个比值依次在0.050 1~0.059 6,0.820 9~0.918 0,1.999 4~2.242 3之间。
Abstract
1.000 0 g of animal tissue sample was digested by heating with HClO4 (1 mL) and HNO3 (10 mL), and lead isotope ratio in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. Values of RSD′s of 204Pb/206Pb, 207Pb/206Pb and 208Pb/206Pb for 6 separate determinations on a same sample found were 0.23%, 0.090%, 0.14% respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 20 chicken samples and 20 pig samples. It was found that for chicken samples, values of the 3 above mentioned ratios were in the ranges of 0.052 1-0.060 2, 0.829 4-0.920 4, 1.990 3-2.203 7; and for pig samples values of the above mentioned 3 ratios were in the ranges of 0.050 1-0.059 6, 0.820 9-0.918 0, 1.999 4-2.242 3, respectively.
