Inhibition Effect of Water-soluble Chitosan on 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel
摘 要
采用化学浸泡、电化学测试、扫描电镜观察等方法,研究了水溶性壳聚糖对2205双相不锈钢在3.5%(质量分数,下同)NaCl溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,同时进一步分析和讨论了水溶性壳聚糖在NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用和缓蚀机理。结果表明:水溶性壳聚糖是一种抑制阳极过程为主的缓蚀剂,溶液中含有水溶性壳聚糖,能有效减轻2205双相不锈钢的局部腐蚀。
Abstract
Chemical immersion, conventional electrochemical test and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) methods were used to study the effect of water-soluble chitosan on the electrochemical corrosion behaviour of 2205 duplex stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution. Moreover, the inhibition behaviour and mechanism of water-soluble chitosan in NaCl solution was also discussed. The results show that the water soluble chitosan is a kind of anodic process inhibitor, the solution containing water soluble chitosan can effectively reduce the localized corrosion of 2205 duplex stainless steel.
