Reason Analysis on Corrosion Failure for the Polar line of the Electric Precipitator
摘 要
某电除尘器在使用过程中极线发生严重的氧化腐蚀,影响电除尘器的除尘效果。采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、腐蚀产物分析和金相检验方法,分析了电除尘器极线的腐蚀失效原因。结果表明:电除尘器极线在高温下发生了氧化;由于有氯元素的存在,覆盖在材料表面的氧化膜遭到破坏,加速了活性区的金属溶解,降低了腐蚀的阻滞作用,造成电除尘器极线表面的氧化腐蚀产物剥落,使极线的氧化腐蚀速率增大,最终导致电除尘器极线的减薄失效。
Abstract
Serious oxidation corrosion happened to the polar line of the electric precipitator during use process, and it affected the dedusting effect of the electric precipitator. The corrosion failure reasons of the polar line of the electric precipitator were analyzed by macrographic examination, chemical composition analysis, corrosion product analysis and metallographic examination. The results show that: the polar line of the electric precipitator was oxidized under superheated condition; the oxidation coatings on the material surface were destroyed by the chloride element, so the metal dissolution in the reaction areas was accelerated, and the retarded effect of the oxidation coatings was reduced, which led to the corrosion product desquamation on the surface of the polar line of the electric precipitators; the oxidation corrosion rate of the polar line increased, and finally the polar line was getting thinner to failure.
