Cause Analysis and Solution of Abnormal Behavior of Cathodic Protection for Chad Crude Pipeline
摘 要
介绍了乍得原油管道工程阴极保护系统的设计、调试与试运,分析了阴极保护系统调试中遇到的自腐蚀电位异常以及阀室阴极保护电流泄漏问题。通过完全摘除临时阴极保护所用牺牲阳极以及在恒电位仪输出和输出端增加绝缘解决了上述问题。
Abstract
The cathodic protection system design, construction and commissioning for Chad crude pipeline were introduced. Abnormal corrosion potential and current leakage in valve station were analyzed in the cathodic protection system commissioning, and above problems were solved by completely disconnecting the temporary sacrificial anodes and increasing an insulation between iutput and output ends of potentiostat.
