Cause Analysis on Cracking of a 37Mn Steel Gas Cylinder
摘 要
某37Mn钢气瓶在进行水压试验时发生漏水现象,对气瓶进行检查后发现气瓶存在撕裂状开裂。通过对开裂气瓶的宏观形貌、化学成分及微观形貌进行分析和检验,查明了其开裂原因。结果表明:引起气瓶撕裂状开裂的主要原因是其原材料钢管存在外折叠缺陷。
Abstract
Water leakage phenomenon occurred to a 37Mn steel cylinder during hydraulic pressure test, and after inspection it was found that the gas cylinder cracked. Through macro analysis, chemical composition analysis and micro analysis of the cracked gas cylinder, the cracking reason was analyzed. The results show that the tearing cracking of the gas cylinder was mainly due to the outer folding defect of the raw material steel pipe.
