掺杂了插层2-巯基苯并咪唑Zn/Al层状双氢氧化物自修复涂层的耐蚀性
          
Corrosion Resistance of Self-healing Coating doped with 2-Mercaptobenzimidazoleanions Intercalating Zn-Al Layered Double Hydroxides

摘    要
通过离子交换法制备出了插层2-巯基苯并咪唑(MBI)的Zn/Al层状双氢氧化物(Zn-Al(MBI) LDHs),采用电化学阻抗和人工划痕研究了掺杂了Zn-Al(MBI) LDHs涂层的自修复性能和耐蚀性。结果表明:缓蚀剂MBI分子结构中的苯环平面平行或略有倾斜地置于LDHs的层间;所制备的LDHs实现了MBI的自主释放,同时吸收氯离子;与未掺杂Zn-Al(MBI) LDHs涂层相比,掺杂Zn-Al(MBI) LDHs的涂层表现出优异的耐蚀性,这应归功于从Zn-Al(MBI) LDHs释放出来的缓蚀剂。

Abstract
The 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MBI) anions intercalating Zn-Al layered double hydroxides[Zn-Al (MBI) LDHs]were successfully prepared by the anion-exchange method for the first time.The self-healing property and corrosion resistance of the coating doped with Zn-Al (MBI) LDHs were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and artificial scratches.The results showed that the benzene ring of MBI adopted a horizontal or declining orientation in the LDHs interlayer.The prepared LDHs actively released the inhibitor and absorbed Cl-.The sol-gel coating doped with the Zn-Al (MBI) LDHs displayed excellently anticorrosive performance compared to the undoped sol-gel coating,due to the release of corrosion inhibitor from the Zn-Al (MBI) LDHs.
