Reason Analysis on Fracture of Spring Steel Wires during Drawing
摘 要
运用断口分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、能谱分析以及力学性能试验等检测手段,对某65钢热轧盘条在拉拔成为弹簧钢丝过程中发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:热轧盘条显微组织中存在网状铁素体、晶粒粗大且不均匀以及较多的非金属夹杂物等缺陷是导致其在拉拔过程中发生断裂的主要原因。
Abstract
The fracture reasons of 65 steel hot rolled wire rods when drawing into spring steel wires were analyzed by means of fracture analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, energy spectrum analysis, mechanical property test, etc. The results show that the microstructure defects such as network ferrite, coarse and uneven grains, more non-metallic inclusions and so on, were main reasons for the fracture of the spring steel wires during drawing.
