Corrosion Inhibition of Kudingcha Extract for N80 Steel
摘 要
采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、气相色谱-质谱、电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线和扫描电子显微镜研究了苦丁茶(KDC)提取物在含3.5% NaCl(质量分数)和饱和CO2溶液中对N80钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:苦丁茶提取物属于混合型缓蚀剂;该缓蚀剂对N80钢在含3.5% NaCl和饱和CO2溶液中具有一定的缓蚀作用,能够有效抑制N80钢的腐蚀;缓蚀率随着缓蚀剂含量的增大而提高,当加入4%(体积分数)苦丁茶缓蚀剂时,根据极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱计算得到的缓蚀率分别达到了92.47%和96.90%。
Abstract
The corrosion inhibition of kudingcha (KDC) extract for N80 steel in solution with 3.5% (mass) NaCl and saturated CO2 was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), polarization curve and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the KDC extract was a mixed-type inhibitor. The KDC inhibitor had a certain corrosion inhibition for N80 steel in solution with 3.5% NaCl and saturated CO2. The inhibition efficiency increased with the concentration of inhibitor. When the volume fraction of the inhibitor was 4%, the inhibition efficiency reached 92.47% and 96.90% calculated according to polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, respectively.
