Effect of Cooling Type on Microstructure and Poperties of 10Ni3MnCuAl Rolling Flat Steel
摘 要
利用OM、SEM和冲击试验机等研究了轧后不同冷却方式对10Ni3MnCuAl扁钢显微组织、晶粒度和冲击性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢采用轧后水冷冷却方式下的组织主要为板条马氏体,采用轧后空冷冷却方式下的组织主要为粒状贝氏体;水冷得到马氏体组织均匀细小,空冷得到的粒状贝氏体相对粗大;轧后水冷冷却方式下的冲击功达到了19.6~30.5 J,比空冷冷却方式下的冲击功提高了2~3倍,同时硬度提高约2.5 HRC;轧制10Ni3MnCuAl扁钢水冷冷却方式得到的组织、晶粒度和冲击性能均好于空冷冷却方式的。
Abstract
The effect of different cooling type after rolling on microstructure, grain size and the impact properties of 10Ni3MnCuAl rolling flat steel were studied by OM,SEM and impact experimenter. The result show that,the microstructure of water cooling type after rolling was mainly lath martensite, the microstructure of air cooling type after rolling was mainly granular bainite. The uniform and fine martensite structure after water cooling was acquired, granular bainite after air cooling was relatively thick. The impact value of water cooling type was reached 19.6-30.5 J, 2-3 times higher than the value of air cooling type,hardness increase about 2.5 HRC at the same time. The microstructure, grain size and the impact properties of 10Ni3MnCuAl rolling flat steel after water cooling were better than air cooling type.
