Improvement Practice of Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology in Iron and Steel Enterprises
摘 要
通过改造化学成分分析用氩气、氮气的供气方式,使用砂带机代替磨床制备薄带钢拉伸试样,改造一氧化碳发生炉等方法,较好地解决了钢铁企业理化检验过程中遇到的一些实际问题,大大提高了检验效率和准确性,降低了企业生产成本,同时减轻了试验人员的劳动强度。
Abstract
Through the reconstruction of gas supply mode of argon and nitrogen for chemical composition analysis, tensile specimen preparation of thin strip steel by belt sander instead of the grinder, and the reconstruction of carbon monoxide generator, the practical problems encountered in the inspection process of iron and steel enterprises were well solved. Through the measures, the efficiency and accuracy of inspection was greatly enhanced, the production cost of enterprises was reduced, and the labor intensity of test personnel was relieved.
