Evaluation Rules for Corrosion Grade of Transmission Line Tower
摘 要
采用热镀锌层剩余厚度和通过人工目视宏观检测的铁塔塔材表面腐蚀形貌作为评判依据,并借鉴钢材表面腐蚀程度的划分和涂层老化评级方法等相关标准,制定了输电线路铁塔腐蚀等级评定规则,并提出了处理建议。该评定规则易于输电线路技术监督人员掌握和应用,使其能够在现场快速准确地对输电线路铁塔腐蚀等级进行判定,并以此为依据制定下一步的处理方案。
Abstract
The estimation rules for corrosion grade of transmission line tower and processing suggestions were proposed, according to the residual thickness of hot dip galvanized coatings and the corrosion morphology of the tower material surface observed by visual inspection, and taking the surface corrosion degree evaluation and coating aging rating method of national standard as references. These rules are easy to be mastered and applied by supervision technician of transmission line, and make them rank corrosion grade of transmission line tower fast and accurately on the spot, and take a further processing scheme.
