Influence of Curing Conditions on Mechanical Properties of One-Component Silicone Sealing Materials
摘 要
使用不同的养护条件对单组分硅酮密封材料进行固化,分析了养护温度和养护时间对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:在50%相对湿度的养护条件下,在0℃或50℃下进行固化时,单组分硅酮密封材料的力学性能较差,而在10~35℃下进行固化时,单组分硅酮密封材料具有较好的力学性能。
Abstract
The one-component silicone sealing meaterials were solidified under different curing conditions, and the influence of curing temperature and curing time on mechanical properties was analyzed. The results show that:under the curing condition of 50% relative humidity, the mechanical properties of one-component silicone sealing materials which were solidified at 0℃ or 50℃ were worse, and the mechanical properties of one-component silicone sealing materials which were solidified at 10~35℃ were better.
