Testing of Friction Stir Welding Joint of Aluminum Alloy Based on Eddy Current Array
摘 要
利用涡流阵列检测系统对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头进行数字成像检测试验。开展了检测工艺研究,确定了合适的检测参数,并对搅拌摩擦焊产品同时采用涡流阵列与着色渗透两种检测方法进行检测。通过对比试验发现,这两种检测方法的检测结果相近,成像结果清晰。研究结果表明,涡流阵列检测技术可用于铝合金等材料搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的表面及近表面缺陷的检测,能实现快速、精确、数字化的成像检测。
Abstract
The experiment of digital imaging test of aluminum alloy friction stir welding joint was carried out using eddy current array testing system. Firstly, the testing technology was carried out to determine the appropriate parameters. The friction stir welding products were tested by using eddy current array and dye-penetrant testing method. Through the comparison experiments, it is found that the testing results are similar and the imaging results are clear and reliable. Research results showed that eddy current array testing technology is expected to be used for the surface and subsurface testing of friction stir welding of aluminum alloy and other materials to realize fast, accurate and digital imaging testing.
