Flaw Indications of Water Immersion Ultrasonic Testing for Copper Bar
摘 要
针对普通水浸超声波检测方法无法对缺陷进行定性及定位检测的问题,以铜棒为例,采用水浸超声波检测技术,分析了显示的缺陷波;结合荧光渗透检测和金相检验,分析了发现缺陷的性质及位置,验证了水浸超声检测该铜棒的可靠性,从而为水浸超声波检测到的缺陷显示的分析提供参考。
Abstract
In order to characterize flaws and localize failure for water immersion ultrasonic testing, the copper bar was taken as an example to show how to solve this problem in the present article. The water immersion ultrasonic test was employed and the displays of flaws were analyzed. Through combining the test with the fluorescent penetrant testing and metallurgical examination, the nature and location of flaw were clearly explained, which confirmed the liability of the water immersion ultrasonic testing for the copper bar and provided a useful reference for the analysis of water immersion ultrasonic testing.
