Influence Factors of Fracture Position Deviation of High Strength Steel Plates during Tensile Testing
摘 要
从试样制备、试验机同轴度、试样夹持及试样材料等4个方面对影响高强钢板拉伸试验断裂位置偏移的因素进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:前3个因素都会造成拉伸试样断裂位置发生偏移,进而导致拉伸试验无效,最后一个因素则会导致材料塑性指标的波动;因此试验室应保证试样制备的精确性、试验机的同轴度以及试验人员的标准化操作,同时注重生产工艺参数的控制。
Abstract
Influence factors of fracture position deviation of high strength steel plates during tensile testing were analyzed and discussed from the following four aspects:specimen preparation, coaxiality of testing machines, specimen clamping and specimen material. The results show that the former three factors all could result in fracture position deviation and lead to invalid tensile test, and the last factor would lead to fluctuation of plasticity of the material. So the laboratory should guarantee the accuracy of specimen preparation, coaxiality of testing machines and standardized operation of testers, and more attention should be paid to the control of production process and parameters.
