介绍了现场金相复膜纸（AC纸）的制作方法，主要包括原料选取、用料配方、原料液制备、薄膜制作、保存要求等，并结合AC纸的性能要求及制作过程，对制作过程中可能出现的问题及其解决方法进行了讨论，最后通过实例验证了其应用效果。结果表明：该AC纸制作方法简单，用其复膜得到的显微组织图片细节清晰、反差适度、衬度较高，能够准确反映被测工件内部的显微组织。

The manufacturing method of metallographic laminating paper (AC paper) used for on-site test was introduced, including the selection of raw materials, the raw material compositions, the preparation of raw liquid, the production of film, the preservation requirements of the film and so on. Combining the performance requirements and production process of the AC paper, the possible problems in the production process and their solutions were discussed. Finally the application effect was verified through examples. The results show that the method of making AC paper was simple. The detail of the microstructure picture copied with the AC paper was clear, and the contrast was moderate and high, and it could accurately reflect the microstructure of the tested workpieces.
