Corrosion Perforation Reason of a Blind Tube in Shengli Oilfield
摘 要
采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)等对腐蚀穿孔管段宏观形貌、腐蚀产物成分及物相组成等进行了观察和分析,并结合盲管现场服役工况调研,研究了胜利油田某油井盲管发生腐蚀穿孔的原因。结果表明:在现场腐蚀工况条件下,盲管主要发生CO2腐蚀,而处于射孔范围的盲管管段,容易受流体冲刷导致腐蚀产物破损及脱落,引起局部腐蚀,造成盲管腐蚀穿孔失效。
Abstract
The macroscopic morphology, composition and phase composition of corrosion products of a failed blind tube in Shengli oilfield were observed and analyzed by direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Combined with the service condition of the blind tube, the corrosion and perforation causes of the blind tube were studied. The results showed that CO2 corrosion mainly occurred in the blind tube. Besides, as the blind tube section was in the perforating range, corrosion products were easily damaged and fallen off by fluid, which caused localized corrosion and corrosion perforation finally.
