Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction-HPLC Determination of Rhodamine B in Wine
摘 要
样品溶液(pH 4.0,10 mL)以流量1.0 mL·min-1经自制磁性石墨烯(CoFe2O4-G)20 mg萃取,用1 mL丙酮洗脱。所得溶液中的罗丹明B采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。罗丹明B的质量浓度在0.50~10 μg·L-1内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.08 μg·L-1。按标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为99.0%~101%,相对标准偏差(n=11)为1.6%~4.0%。
Abstract
The sample solution (pH 4.0, 10 mL) was extracted with homemade magnetic graphene (CoFe2O4-G) of 20 mg at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and acetone of 1 mL was used as the eluent. Rhodamine B in the above solution was determined by HPLC. Linear relationship between peak area and mass concentration of rhodamine B was found in the range of 0.50-10 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.08 μg·L-1. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 99.0%-101%, with RSDs (n=11) ranged from 1.6% to 4.0%.
