Analysis on Surface Decarburization of GCr15 Steel Bearing Ring during Spheroidizing Annealing
摘 要
对GCr15钢轴承套圈的脱碳组织形貌进行了讨论,分析了全脱碳与局部脱碳的形成机理。结果表明:球化退火时炉气碳势偏低是造成GCr15钢轴承套圈表层脱碳的主要原因,选择性结晶是局部片层状珠光体形成的原因之一。
Abstract
The microstructure morphology of decarburization of GCr15 steel bearing ring was discussed, and the mechanism of full decarburization and local decarburization was analyzed. The results show that the basic reason for the formation of surface decarburization of GCr15 steel bearing ring is the lower furnace carbon potential during spheroidizing annealing. One of the reason of local formation of lamellar pearlite is selective crystallization.
