Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing of T-Type Weld of Titanium Alloy of Narrow Wing Plate
摘 要
针对窄翼板钛合金T型焊接结构,制定了腹板与翼板多位置扫查的相控阵超声检测工艺,并对缺陷试件进行了检测。在机械加工减少翼板宽度的基础上,采用射线检测对比试验验证了相控阵超声的缺陷检测效果,为受几何尺寸限制的T型焊缝相控阵超声检测提供参考。
Abstract
For titanium alloy T-type welding structure of narrow wing plate, an ultrasonic phased array testing technology with multi-site scanning on web and wing plate was established,and the defect specimen was tested. On the basis of reducing the width of wing plate by mechanical processing, the defect detection effect of ultrasonic phased array testing was verified by radiographic testing, which offered reference for ultrasonic phased array testing of limited size T-type weld.
