Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of the Socket Fillet Weld of In-service Normal Pressure Storage Tank
摘 要
为了提高在役常压储罐管座角焊缝缺陷的检测效率以及缺陷检测的可靠性,设计了T型角焊缝的对比试样和焊接模拟试样。采用相控阵超声检测方法成功检测出了试样中预制的5处缺陷,并与线切割结果进行了比对,检测结果与实际缺陷一致。
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and reliability of defect detection of fillet weld for in-service normal pressure tank, samples of type T fillet weld and simulation specimen containing a total of 5 defects were designed. Experiments were performed to develop an effective method for defect detection. The prefabricated 5 defects were detected successfully, and the results were compared with the wire cutting results, showing that better detection results were obtained.
