Revision Process and Technical Improvement of International Standard ISO 3108:2017 for Determining the Measured Breaking Force of Steel Wire Ropes
摘 要
从钢丝绳检验工作的实际出发,指出了ISO 3108:1974中存在的问题,介绍了钢丝绳整绳破断力测定方法国际标准ISO 3108:2017从提出修订案到完成标准修订并出版的历程,以及ISO 3108:2017的技术改进。ISO 3108:2017的完成对中国钢丝绳产品质量的提升具有积极作用,同时提升了中国在国际钢丝绳检测领域的影响力和话语权。
Abstract
From the actual conditions of steel wire rope test work, the problems existing in ISO 3108:1974 were pointed out. The revision process of the international standard ISO 3108:2017 for determining the measured breaking force of steel wire ropes, was introduced from proposing revision plan to completing revision and publishing the new standard, as well as the technical improvements of the new standard were described. The completion of ISO 3108:2017 had a positive effect on the improvement of the quality of Chinese steel wire rope products, and at the same time it enhanced the influence and discourse power of China in the field of international wire rope testing.
