Cause Analysis on Fracture of ZG15Cr2Mo1 Alloy Casting's Lifting Handle
摘 要
某ZG15Cr2Mo1合金铸件吊耳在吊运过程中发生断裂,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验、高温拉伸试验、蠕变试验等方法对吊耳断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该铸件吊耳本身晶粒粗大,冲击吸收能量低,且过渡圆角小,应力在该处集中,加之在铸件吊运过程中操作不当,使得吊耳受到撞击而断裂。
Abstract
The ZG15Cr2Mo1 alloy casting's lifting handle fractured during the lifting process. The fracture reasons of the lifting handle were analyzed by means of macro observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic test, high temperature tensile test, creep test and so on. The results show that the casting's lifting handle grains was coarse, and its impact absorption energy was low and the transition fillet was small, and the stress was concentrated in the area. Improper operation during the lifting process of the casting caused the lifting handle to fracture by impact.
