Applicability of Cathodic Protection Probe in Western Typical Soil Environments
摘 要
调研并设计了整体式电解液型测试探头、整体式固态锌测试探头以及参比电极可更换式测试探头等3种不同结构的阴极保护测试探头,在沙漠、戈壁、农田以及湿地等4种典型西部土壤环境中进行了为期1 a的适用性研究试验。结果表明:采用参比电极可更换式测试探头在4种环境中测得结果的可靠性最高;在沙漠环境中,参比电极可更换式探头的插入式参比电极方便检查更换,且靠近管道,可有效测量沙漠地区的阴极保护电位。
Abstract
Three kinds of cathodic protection test probes, such as integral electrolyte type test probe, integral solid zinc test probe and reference electrode replaceable test probe, were researched and designed. A one-year applicability study was conducted in four typical western soil environments, including desert, gobi, farmland, and wetland. The results show that had the highest reliability in the four environments. In the desert environment, the plug-in reference electrode of the reference electrode replaceable test probe was easy to be checked and replaced, and close to the pipeline and thus can effectively measure the cathodic protection potential in desert areas.
