Cause Analysis on Fracture of Driving Bevel Gear for Forklift
摘 要
某叉车主动锥齿轮在叉车卸货过程中发生断裂,采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试及断口扫描电镜分析等方法,对锥齿轮断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该锥齿轮在热处理渗碳过程中渗入了氢,导致其承载后原子态氢向轴径ϕ45 mm与ϕ40 mm过渡台阶处的应力集中区偏聚,裂纹在此处萌生并扩展,最终锥齿轮发生氢脆断裂。
Abstract
The driving bevel gear of a forklift fractured during unloading process. The causes of fracture of the bevel gear were analyzed by means of macro analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, SEM analysis of fracture and so on. The results show that the bevel gear was penetrated hydrogen during the heat treatment carburizing process, which resulted in the segregation of atomic hydrogen at the stress concentration area of the transition steps of diameter ϕ45 mm and ϕ40 mm, where the cracks initiated and expanded. Finally, hydrogen embrittlement fracture occurred to the bevel gear.
