The Image Preprocessing Method of the Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Testing Based on the Machine Vision
摘 要
针对采用荧光磁粉检测法检测铁磁性工件表面或近表面缺陷时,人工缺陷判别易出现视觉疲劳的问题,从硬件、软件等方面开展了机器视觉荧光磁粉检测技术研究,着重分析了检测图像的预处理方法,提出了基于RGB色值去除的彩色图像噪声算法。结果表明,此方法能够有效抑制聚磁、外置光照、阴影等噪声的干扰,为智能磁粉检测系统的研究提供了基础和依据。
Abstract
Usually the fluorescent magnetic particle testing methods is used to detect the surface or near surface detects of ferromagnetic workpiece, but the artificial defect discrimination method is easy to cause the visual fatigue, resulting in the missing detection or misjudgment. So in this paper, from the hardware and software, the research on the fluorescent magnetic particle testing based on the machine vision was carried out. The image preprocessing method is emphatically analyzed,and a color image noise algorithm is proposed based on RGB color values. The results show that this method can effectively suppress noise interference such as magnetism, external illumination, shadow etc. It can provid the foundation and basis for subsequent research on the intelligent magnetic particle testing system.
