Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) of Submarine Pipeline Butt Girth Welding Seam
摘 要
为了满足海底管线外管焊缝的检测要求,依据标准设计了相控阵超声(PAUT)检测工艺,制作了高精度轨道式扫查装置。通过PAUT与自动超声检测(AUT)能力的对比分析,结果表明,PAUT检测技术的可靠性和检测效率满足现场检测要求。
Abstract
In order to meet the inspection requirements of casing pipe butt weld of submarine pipeline, the Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) procedure was designed by referring to standard and a high-accuracy bend scanner was manufactured. By contrasting the inspection ability of PAUT and Automatic Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) method, it was concluded that the reliability and efficiency of PAUT method could meet the field inspection requirements.
