Phased Array Ultrasonic Inspection of Fillet Weld of Power Plant Boiler Tube Seat
摘 要
针对电厂锅炉管座角焊缝超声检测存在的难点,提出相控阵超声检测解决方案。通过制作焊接模拟试样,对其实施相控阵超声检测,成功检测出预制缺陷,并与试样的线切割结果比对,结果表明该相控阵超声检测方法具有较好的检测效果,验证了检测工艺的有效性,可为此类管座角焊缝的相控阵超声检测提供参考。
Abstract
The difficulties in the ultrasonic detection of the fillet welds in power plant boilers are discussed, a phased array ultrasonic testing solution is proposed. By using phased array ultrasonic testing method, the prefabricated defects were successfully detected through the production of welding simulation samples and compared with the results of wire cutting. The results show that the test results are better and the effectiveness of the inspection process is also verified. It can be used as a reference for phased array ultrasonic testing applied to the fillet weld of the tube seat.
